However you have to be aware this is not imap protocol so huge problems if you use outlook. We have 4 front desk. All have individual emails but also access to the shared office email. If you put that into open dental there is no 2 way sync (requires imap) so will mess up your outlook.

I got it setup now but it only works if you check "show provider bars" we dont use this. So it now shows all these bars to the left that we dont use. Why does it require that to be shown? Is this an error?

I would be curious if it would work with regular apteryx as well. webviewer you have to pay for. It basically transfer your images to the cloud and then this bridge lets tou view them in open dental. Would be much faster and easier if it allowed just directly from the server locally. And save money.

Does anybody use this with success? I finally got it installed. It does work but it takes forever to advance. I have to say 1 number, wait 3 seconds and then i can do the next tooth. And every time it goes to the next tooth it takes forever as well. Is this just my computer or any workaround?

We use it but with limited success. Yes you can quickly check if they have insurance but often the benefits breakdown is very confusing. All insurances send their benefits in a different format which makes is hard to use. Wish there was something better.
