We would like to call them two days after their initial appt, then two weeks later, and then finally two weeks after that. Right now Im keeping an excel spreadsheet to keep track of all this, can the software do it better?

query for ppo/medicaid not seen in over 6 months

switching one provider over to another "clinic"
in my office we have a gp and an ortho, we would like them to be separate "clinics" in open dental. Is there a way to separate them out by provider?
The reason being the dental dashboards can separate our practice data out by clinic, its harder by provider.

AR, how to break down by time chunks ins/pt
Hello, Ill run my AR report from all sources, it will give me the AR by time grouping, such as 0-30, 30-60, and then 90 days and older. Then it will tell me insurance is x and patients are y. But i can't see what the breakdowns between insurance and patients are in the time chunks. How is that done?
