Is there a place to change 30min break rule? I've notice that if you change break to lunch it would add more time to working hours.
This happens when someone clocks out for break instead of lunch. We don't pay for breaks over 15min.

Time Card rules changed?
Hi.
Just noticed that breaks are calculated as lunch and vice versa starting from version 7.4.
My staff already got used to take lunch that is not paid and breaks. Why did the rules changed with new release?

Re: Asterisk Integration
It really gets complex http://regexlib.com/Search.aspx?k=phone%20number. To try to keep it simple and use one common format you need to make sure "phone number" utility in OD runs to cleanup the mess left behind by front desk.
I believe it will only help in the long term.

Actually, that would have to be 3 fields. Home, work and wireless numbers. Another field could be used for phone comment/notes and may as well be used for ext # if necessary. Format masking would really work nice. Everyone will have their favorite way of viewing phone numbers plus it will satisfy in...

Question? How hard it would be to store phone numbers in the database in their raw format Ex: 9712391150. Then, telephone number format utility would not be needed anymore. All formatting would be done for the front end separately. You can even create a format masking parameter for international ver...

I have a puzzle. One of our patient has an insurance benefits that are not percentage base but like this:
first $200- paid at 100%
next $400 - at 80%
and the rest are at 50%
How do you even enter him in the system to utilize automated co-payment calculations?

One more suggestion.
Most of our patients are fee for service and we offer them certain discount on entire TP if they pay upfront.
It would be really useful to be able to make such an adjustment directly from TP module and show this figures on accepted TP statement. Future release?

There is an AGE error in birthday report calculation for future months. It is 1 year less.
It does show correct figure if running current month.
Also, I can't verify if it's a problem only at the month of December when we transitioning into the next year.
