I am using an iPad mini and everything works fine except the final step in OD. For some reason, I can only get the images to import into a 2x2 mount that I created so I am limited to either one at a time or four at a time. Do you know how I can make my other mounts 3x3 and 3x2 work correctly?

For some reason, in the last month or so, all newly created appointments are automatically set to confirmed. I have looked around in the setup and settings but I cannot find a place to change this so they are automatically "unconfirmed."

My research shows only a suggestion to create a task for this. I am looking for a report to provide patient name, phone and treatment completed in a single day. This report can be given to the doctor to take home and make evening calls to check on patients. Any suggestions?

I am relatively new to Open Dental and with Softdent I used adjusted production figures in my reporting. I am having trouble finding a report in Open Dental to give a per provider adjusted production figure. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
