Hi! Does anyone know how to fix this: we saw a pt. outpatient hospital and when I go to send the claim it says billing/facility prov can not be a person when claim place of service is not the office. I wasn't sure how to correct this to reflect my dr seeing the pt in the hospital setting. Thanks!

My OD keeps freezing when I try to view things in, for example the insurance break down we saved. It then kicks me out and I have to log back on but this happens whenever I try to view any of the things saved under images. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
