When we run AR reports and it shows finance charges going to Dr's, do those charges get added to the Dr's production? If so how do we change it so finance charges are under the office and not under the Dr's name. Do not see anyway to changed under Tools-Billing/Finance charge screen. Hoping we don't...

We send the NP forms by email for them to fill out. When it comes to signatures what we get back is "typed signature in WebForm on 7/24/2019 9:00 am. But if we print that out it shows no signature. Is there a way to have the signature show if we need to fax form to another office?

Is there a way to not have statements sent to certain pts without having to go through the list to delete them?

New to OD Is there a way that finance charges are added to those accounts over 90 day automatically when we do statements each month?
