Did you set it to refresh? That should be checked right below your triggers. If not then I am not sure, as long as the triggers are being set by your staff as the patient in moving throughout the practice, then I don't know.

Yes, it worked great, however we recently exceeded quota on the number of files that can be sync'd, I beleive 10,000, so we had to find another option and are still trying to find one that worked as good. We use it to sync digital images between out main and satelitte office.

2. Under Misc set-up, you can select the pat # to show in the title bar.

Wouldn't you just print them a walk-out statement for that day? It would show charges and payments, whether cash, check or credit card.

You need to goto setup, appt views, and then make sure that your hygeine provider is highlight along with all the other providers that you want to show up. So, if you have a custom view set-up, just double click it to edit and select ctrl plus any additional provider.

I don't think so and unless they had negative balances, that would only make my problem bigger. I should have $43,641 in AR, however the aging now shows $50,559. The only thing that I can think of is that some adjustments are not hitting the accounts or something like that.
