Thanks for that information but what I am looking for is how many patients come from each employer and what that employer carries for insurance.

I think we found that the Don't Substitute Codes isn't being checked. Is there a way to make that automatically checked?

When we treatment plan fillings the Allowed column is pulling the wrong fee for most of the insurances. Crowns, root canals other codes I have checked are pulling the correct fee, only fillings. I have checked the fee schedules and they are right. Example: Metlife Fee for 2 surf comp = $130, Tx plan...

I am wondering if there is a report that can be run that will show which patients have had a specific procedure done or treatment planned? More specifically I would like to see who in the past has started ortho so I would be searching a code like D8090. Or who has had a root canal treament planned s...
