Thanks for that information but what I am looking for is how many patients come from each employer and what that employer carries for insurance.

Is there a query or report that will show the number of patients for each employer and the insurance carrier?

Is that box normally checked or not? The Don't Substitute Codes button.

I think we found that the Don't Substitute Codes isn't being checked. Is there a way to make that automatically checked?

When we treatment plan fillings the Allowed column is pulling the wrong fee for most of the insurances. Crowns, root canals other codes I have checked are pulling the correct fee, only fillings.
