Procedure code is linked but it doesn't allow you to enter the the ICD10 code only the Treatment code . Nevada is requiring the ICD10 code be on the Rx. My 2 hygienist use Windows Voice recognition with Logitech H390 headphones from Amazon @ around $25 both love it. It works great with the Open Dental Perio charting, after a slight learning curve.

Insurance payments by Credit Card
How are you handling insurance payments made by "Virtual Credit Cards". We receive a payment on a claim by a credit card that has to be manually entered. We have set up a payment type of Virtual Credit card to help track this but I wonder what other options we have?

It is in the account window. On a number of families the length of the communication log is long and it makes more sense to see the latest communication first, for following up, rather than to have to scroll through the list of prior communications which may have less relevance with time.

Is it possible to change the order that the Commlog is displayed? It currently shows the oldest at the top of the list. It would be more efficient to have the newest at the top of the list so we don't have to scroll through all the old communications to find the latest ones.
