Is their a way to show the daily production on the schedule to include any adjustment for the day?

I have EPAD I use with dentforms it does not seem to work with the treatment plan signature. Are Topaz the only singature pads Open Dental recognizes? I would hate to have two signature pads at the front. On the other hand maybe Dentforms supports Topaz.. Any suggestions?

Finally I was able to get hold of someone at Trojan who knew what I was talking about. They stated the bridge to OD is fairly new so they needed to get a hold of their programmer and would let me know tomorrow. how to set it up.

I was wondering if the button on the account module that sends transactions to trojan is supposed to work. If I try sending a transaction over it gives me an error message. I called Trojan and they tell me there is no way it works with Open dental. If it doesn't why is the button there.

Just wondering if anyone has been having problems submitting 4342 and using the tooth # range when submitting thru Emdeon. It seems all the claims I submit to metlife are being denied when it goes thru their end they all show up as UL???Do I have to change something on Open dental?

How do you run a report that tells you how many new patients you had in the month?
