Dear All, We just upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.7.11 and we are now having trouble with Capitation insurance plan setup. Here is what we have: Insurance Plan Type......... Capitation Fee Schedule..................Standard Pt Co-pay amounts...........CAA01 Carrier Allowed Amounts....none Filling code ........
