jpeg onto a sheet and to be used on statements

I am having difficulty uploading my letterhead onto opendent. I have uploaded it via the miscelanous, but to no avail

How am i able to change the recording of accounts/statements from dollars into another currency? (the practice is in a non-dollars country)

I have been unable to download WindowsInstaller31.exe onto my home computer, which runs Vista.
I've saved the file onto my hardrive. right-clicked to run as administrator, and still Vista shows error msg 'not enough storage space'
help?
