If OD can send out texts, why not have the ability to send me a text on how many XX's were done, Production. Collection etc. Daily, or as the day goes on.

Our large insurance practice get a bunch of checks every monday and it has come to our attention that only one person can enter checks at a time...Is this correct, or intentional? Can we set a Broken Appointment LIMIT, where if someone is a repeat offender a pop up generates? Going through digital chart the chart some times becomes lengthy and tedious, and we tried changing the color of the broken appointments line items but still... Do any new claims still have the old rate or is it just the outstanding claims? If it is just the outstanding claims then OD is functioning correctly. $1500 was the rate you sent out the door and that amount will (and should) be fixed unless you modify or delete the claim. After using open dental for a while now, I recently pull up this report only to find a large number of patients, do some digging and I find out that these patients were fee for service patients that (duh) would be bille dot insurance, how do I clean this list up?

In an office where there are HMO,Union, PPO and FFS patients how we clearly, in other words, in a glance look at the schedule and tell who has what insurance plan.

I think after reading about the version updates, my best bet would be to go with epson GS50's because it is twain and directly connects to OD
and can do multiple pages

I actually had a similar problem with my GTS50
Download the OLDER driver. It worked for me..when we figured it out we call OD and let them know, its an epson issue though IMO...

What we have done is added a new "status" on the rights side of the appointment view. So where is says "In waiting room", Confirmed, Complete. etc we have a Code in the status box and a circle in the UR corner of the appointment in a bright pink Color called "WRITTEN UP" and that how the staff knows...

I just so happens that location B is a startup running everything off a laptop with Dexis. Eventually as it grows well have a hardwire system in place but till then importing and exporting xrays by dexis has been a pain. not to mention reworking treatment plans and updates to it.
