I was having the same problem. I fix it. Go to properties of open dental and dexis. In the advanced setting, check run as administrator.

From my experience, I seem to have connecting problem on a few occasion. It may be because my assistant shut off computer while work in progress and so on. Here what I do. I copy the DEXIS folder from a working workstation. Then, I paste or replace the DEXIS folder on the not working workstation. Th...

I think you have typo on your 'Path of file to open' in the Program link.
Mine is "C:\DEXIS\DEXIS.EXE"
Try that.

I am on version 6.9.25.0 The data was converted from ver 6.3 to ver 6.9.25. This is the same CDT codes that I have been using for the last 4 years or so. Nothing was added or modified to it. "Ins Rem" not update?
Please help;
Upgrading from version 6.3 to 6.9, the "Ins Rem" in the Account module appears dead. The same is found in the "Insurance" breakdown box in the TreatPlan module.
Please help. Anybody?
