I tried to import a static image to a copy of patient consent form. But as soon as I clicked import, it says error for lack of memory. The pdf file that I was trying to import is only 20kb in size, and my computer memory meter shows I only used 40% of memory. How do I solve the problem?

I am playing with the Trial version 6.9.22. The Terminal feature is the key item for me to decide between Dentrix and OP.
