I am trying to figure out why I cannot send a PreAuth claim electronically until data fixed and don't know what to fix? I am sending a PreAuth for a Interim Partial denture for maxillary and tooth range #9--the claim columns show date/prov/code/tht(which we don't have tooth there, but shows on range...

Thanks for getting back...it would be as part of an appointment when they come in. Right now it adds 10minutes for that as well as some other things that don't need time (whitening for life, patient picture etc...)

Is there anyway to have 0 minute appointments? We have health history updates to be put on recall after certain date and would like it not to show has taking anytime (10minutes) how can we set health history appt. to zero time instead of 10minutes?

Is there a way to run a report/list of patients with insurance plans based on when their benefit year ends? Would like to send out an end of the year for those with outstanding treatment before their insurance year ends, but don't want to send letters to patients whose benefit year is April for exam...

Thank you for the response. I did do something similar, but I was hoping that when I ran report for payments of the day it would be separated by cash/check, insurance checks, credit card and direct deposit. That way it automatically gives total amount deposited with out having to add those separate....

Is there a way to add an "electronic direct deposit" option for when insurance payments come in? Instead of entering check number from insurance company. This would be helpful in tracking and with separating the actual deposits from the direct deposits...I used to use Dentrix so it was a nice to kee...

Is there a reason why when treatment planning an Onlay the percentage changes from 50% to 80%? On family account under insurance (benefit Info) the percentage is broken down and under crowns is will be set at 50%, but when printing TX plan for patient it will TX estimate @ 80% as if it is a restorat...
