Re: Chart note:Post-op call, specialist/other DDS conversation
That's great idea. My biggest concern though is that they can be deleted and altered, unless any change is still registered as with the procedure notes. Is there a security feature to not allow deleting the commlogg entry say after 1 day? How do you tag them as "clinical"? I don't seem to have the o...

Chart note:Post-op call, specialist/other DDS conversation
How are people making chart notes for post-op calls for patients as well as conversations with other DDS/specialists/MDs regarding patient care? Typically in a paper chart I'd just write in the next entry after a procedure. Is there a place to place these important notes that are permanent part of t...

Re: Slow statement print
It's a local printer on my reception workstation, and it is shared over the network (although the same happens when it's not shared). I've got Windows XP Pro on all my workstations using Pentium Celerons 2.40 GHz, with 2 GB RAM. I have a Pentium 4 2.80 GHz, 2 GB RAM workstation that is a little fast...

Re: Slow statement print
Hmm, I wish ours would speed up. Doesn't matter about the beginning the day or at the end of the day. Just got off the phone with support and it seems like its a real issue and they are looking into it. I'm surprised more people don't have this issue.

Slow statement print
I've gotta say it again. I love this software and I tell every dentist I know that they should be using this software. On to my question: When printing a statement from the account, it takes about 20-30 seconds to print. This is an issue because most patients want a printout of the services for the ...

Re: Patient's signature on tx plan print out
Love this software! We are on day two after our final conversion. Why didn't we do this sooner? I had that same question but just talked to support and the signature line is not on there yet. Not a fan of having patients sign "anywhere" especially if they are spending a lot of money on their treatme...
