With Windows Vista and any version of OD for the last year, if I am on the appoitment window and leave my computer for long enough to have the monitor turn off, when I come back and wake up the monitor something triggers the last highlighted appointment to be set to "broken" status.

In 6.1.3 I can't set a provider to multiple operatories in the schedule. You can choose more than one, but OD only saves the first one picked. I called this in but haven't seen it show up on the bug list.
