Is there a way to add the referral source for a new patient into their appointment block? It would be very useful for us to be able to see it directly on the schedule printout.

Is there a way to remove the "Family Dental Insurance Benefits" box so that it doesn't print out on every treatment plan? Prosites email addresses indeed do not work with Open Dental. Can anyone fix this problem for us? It's a pretty big deal to be able to seamlessly email our patients through our practice software. The inability to do so is very frustrating. HELP!
