Has anyone seen an issue with entire image folder contents being deleted? Its not happening in all the folders and seems to me concentrated in certain letters, like M and N. We always scan EOB's and link them to checks by clicking "view" on the check entry screen, then "import". Now we can't retrieve any of them when we go back to the "view" button. Sorry to necro old threads, but why would you need to create a duplicate chart for an archived patient? Why not just unarchive?

My insurance estimates are getting a column for secondary insurance (showing zero) when there is no secondary coverage. Any idea how to switch off this zero secondary coverage estimate?
