Is there a place in Open Dental for me to input how patient found the practice or referred by whom? It would be nice to run a monthly report to track where and how new patients are entering practice. On the flip note, is there a way to track patients leaving the practice? Thank-you.

Does OD have a call list for which missed or failed appointments get dropped into automatically? Does OD have an audit trail where an administrator (practice owner) can see the activity of users on the system?

What eclaim company integrate well with OD? Can we send electronic claims with attachments (i.e. digital X-rays)? Or can I send pre-tx with digital X-ray images all electronically? Thanks.

Does OD calculate estimate patients payment after insurance payments? Does OD have a page where I have to input insurance coverage for computer to calculate the estimated patient payments?

Do I need specific software from Dexis to bridge to Open Dental? Will DEXray software, DEXimage software and DEXnet software be enough for the bridge?

When you say OD bridge well with Dexis, does this mean a one click to access a specific patient's X-rays in Dexis without retyping name, etc...?
