As another update: I have succeeded in getting the command line options to work, but when it comes to accessing the specific A-Z folder for the particular patient I am at somewhat of a loss. What would it take to get just the first letter of the patient's last name parsed for a command line argument?

The files are named according to LNameFNamePatientID in the A-Z Folders within OpenDentImages. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/152457 is where the command line options for windows explorer can be found. An update of what I've tried so far. I have gotten the bridge to open windows explorer, but it takes about a minute and then the command line commands for windows explorer dont execute. Am I only supposed to be using command line commands for OpenDental Itself, and not Explorer? Sorry If Im confusin...
