Open Dental Forum

I am just about to order Open Dental and I have dsl internet at the office. 7 meg down and 1 meg up they tell me. Is this adequate for Open Dental, especially when we do the initial data conversion from Dentrix? Do I need a faster cable internet? Thanks.
