How do you manage planned tracker?

Post by asanders » Wed Feb 10, 2010 4:05 am

I know this might sound dumb, but does anyone have a good system for managing the planned tracker? Right now, my front desk starts calling when I tell them to. I want something more systematic. Thanks.

That is how it was intended to be used. If the schedule needs filling, the planned tracker is the place to go. When the schedule is full, you might ignore it for a while. When you do use it, you manage it by changing the status on each planned appointment. That means that it will not support repeated contact attempts unless you name your statuses to include something like Contacted1, Contacted2, Contacted3, etc. Then just sort by status, and away you go.
