"Ins Rem" not update?

Post by Topical » Sat Mar 13, 2010 3:29 pm

Please help;

Upgrading from version 6.3 to 6.9, the "Ins Rem" in the Account module appears dead. The same is found in the "Insurance" breakdown box in the TreatPlan module.
Please help. Anybody?

Thank you.

It's working fine in version 7.0.3. Maybe the difference from version 6.3 to the present versions is that you need to move the mouse and place the arrow over the Ins Rem box to get the numbers.

yes, used to it put the ins remaining number there for you automatically, and only extra details when you mouse over...now you must mouse over for any info.

I am on version 6.9.25.0

The data was converted from ver 6.3 to ver 6.9.25. This is the same CDT codes that I have been using for the last 4 years or so. Nothing was added or modified to it. There is no issue when upgrading to ver 6.7.37. Any version after, I notice the discrepancy.

I have learned and seen a few specific problems:
I notice on a few CDT codes, it works fine. As you can see, images of CDT code D1110 and D2393 show discrepancy in payment “Pending” in “Ins Rem” Panel. In general, codes from D0100 to D1120 work fine, but I have not tested them all. Any of the CDT codes, from D2000 and after, seem to have the problem.

Any body has this issue? I appreciate any help.
THANKS. :P

We can't duplicate the problem. So the only way to fix it is to have at least one specific scenario to work with. I think I'm seeing 2 failed scenarios in your screenshots. But in order to duplicate them here, we need a copy of your entire database, and we need to know exactly what patient you are working with (PatNum). The screenshots are probably good enough for us to duplicate the scenarios after that.

Thank you for your response.

I am not on pay support.
But I want to compensate for your time.
How do you propose to go about this?
Please let me know.

The first thing we would try if you called would be to set your insurance code spans to default.

Thank you very much, Dr. Sparks.
