plz help - family members issue

Hi

I am downloaded the trial version of your open dental software, it’s a great tool. Having gone through your forum, I found a query to insert multiple patients at time using SQL query.

I inserted couple of patients (around 100) however, when I opened the application, I noticed that it grouped some of them together as one family although those patients are not related.

How can I remove such links? I want each member to appear as a single member in his family?

How can I remove the family relation for all patients?

I noticed that patients I added have no address (address fields are left empty), is that why they are grouped as one family?
When I click on the patient, load patient details and un-check the "same for entire family" checkbox under "Address & Phone Notes" section, the patient is automatically added as single member in a single family.

How can automatically un-check this option for all of the patients?

No, it has nothing to do with address. You must simply set the Guarantor field to be the same as the PatNum. I would provide the query except that if the query isn't obvious to you, then you really should let us do the conversion for you. It's probably too dangerous for you do be doing this.
