once you add your program over to the left it gives you the option of "adding a button to these toolbars" account module,apptmodule,etc

What is ClaimsSend?

Debbie and I tried to figure this out when you (or someone else, I did not take the call) called this week, we thought it was in the send claims window of the manage module, but we saw no result. I do not know if the issue was escalated into our issue tracking system.

Yes, that window. I think it doesn't work anymore. Can't remember why.
