Patient's signature on tx plan print out

Post by Robert_dds » Mon Aug 16, 2010 7:00 pm

Can you add a signature and date from patient on tx. plan print out? Once we go over tx plan with pt. and pt. accepts, there should be a place on form for them to sign.

Love this software! We are on day two after our final conversion. Why didn't we do this sooner?

I had that same question but just talked to support and the signature line is not on there yet. Not a fan of having patients sign "anywhere" especially if they are spending a lot of money on their treatment.

I used a "fix" until it's integrated for the treatment plan print out.

Setup -> Modules -> Treatment Plan Module
Default Note: After your disclaimer info, add some space for a signature and an underscored line, then the words signature and date under that. You're good to go from there. Prints out very nicely. Hope this helps.

Yes it is. Click the button at the top for Save TP. Then click the other button for Sign TP. You should see a signature box at the bottom. But if you are talking about a paper form, then you did it exactly right. That's not a workaround, but is instead the final suggested solution.
