Hello,
I have some confusion on running the Treatment plan manager report. I tried calling support but they told us we needed to put in a request for changes but I am not sure what is going on. I am not sure if my report is not working correctly or if the report just isn't set up correct.
When I go to the treament plan manager report to run teatment plans it says any treatment plan since XXXXX. When I run it, it leaves off most of our patients. We have double checked to make sure they have saved treatment plans. I am not sure how many of our patients aren't showing up but we just thought of 10 off the top of our heads and only 2 showed up. I figured there is something that we don't have checked but can't figure it out and neither can support so I thought I would put it out here to see if anyone else and run into this problem and if it was just a faulty report of if we were doing somthing wrong.

I just read down further and found a thread that Jordan says this report doesn't work well and they are removing it from the program.
Any good suggestions for reports for finding existing tx plans?
