Add Service Description as Input Field to Lab Slips

Hi,

I'm putting the Labcases into effect with a view to printing the slip and sending it to the labs with all the info on, but the sheet doesn't appear to display the service which would be requested.

Is there a way of adding the Service Description (field = labturnaround.description) to the Lab Slip Sheet? I've read elsewhere in the forums that Input Fields are not exactly simple to add if they're not already in, but I would like confirmation either way.
