Graphics Prefrences

Can anyone explain the difference between graphics option under the "File" menu? When i click "Use DirectX Tooth Chart (Recommended)", the application throws a warning: "Please chose a difference device format, the selected device format will not support directX on this computer"

What does that mean?

That means your graphics card is not good enough.

Ok, i see. ANyway, what difference would it make to have the directX installed or supported?

Oh, yes. I forgot that we put a troubleshooting sequence in the manual. By all means, follow it.
