Scanning into OpenDental from an Xerox Phaser 6189

Hello,

I have a client using OpenDental.

They have a Phaser 6189MFP-D that we can scan to the network, then import into OpenDental

We connected a USB Cable up between the front desk, and the Xerox, Windows Scans just fine, but OpenDental has issues.

OpenDental can see the Scanner in it's list, but when we hit scan.. it just locks up. No Preview, no nothing

The PC is running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

I'm sorry, I don't know. Sometimes, the only option is to scan using the software that comes with the scanner instead of through TWAIN that's built into OD.
