We are new to open dental. We are needing to print the patients completed procedures along with a tooth chart without our fees attached. We send these to doctors that refer to us. We can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?
Thank you
Michelle
Printing Tooth Chart After Treatment Completed
Re: Printing Tooth Chart After Treatment Completed
Setup | Display Fields | ProcedureGroupNote
take out "Amount," print by right clicking on the procedure notes, then go put it back in. A work around, but should get the job done for you.

Actually, scratch the above: It is for old versions of OD, but this is much better:
Chart | "Show": Tab. , Click "Add" to add a chart view.
Create a new view with the fields you want and do NOT include "Amount"
when you want to print, just click the show tab, select the view you created above. Right click the progress notes and print. To go back, just click your "Normal" chart view.

Re: Printing Tooth Chart After Treatment Completed
There's not really a quick and easy way to do that yet. One thing that comes close is the "Print Day for Hospital" option available by right clicking on the Progress Notes. You first have to enable the hospital features at:

You can also alter Chart views as suggested, but it won't restrict the date range. You might try both altering the Chart view AND printing the day for hospital.
