Seems that any time we REsubmit a claim to an insurance company, the aging report is re-aging to current rather than leaving the outstanding balance in the proper category.
Is there a way to run the report based on date of service rather than date of submission of claim? Or is there a way of preventing this re-categorization of the claim?
