Secondary Insurance Estimation

I CANNOT MANUALLY CHANGE MY SECONDARY INSURANCE ESTIMATION??? IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EDIT ANYTHING, THE OK BUTTON IS BLURRED OUT? IS THIS CORRECT OR IS IT A BUG BECAUSE I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO IT :)

It is allowed, of course. So there is a reason it won't let you. It's probably your secturity settings. I can't give you any more specifics without a remote connection to your computer.
