Does Open Dental support non-English languages, such as Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean? If the answer is no, how can we translate the software to a new language such as Chinese? Does anybody have any idea about how easy is it to do the translation by modifying the source code? Thank you.

You can do your own translations. Not sure if Open Dental is Unicode-compliant, but if it is then Chinese characters should work.

Yes, we did put a lot of effort into unicode so that you can freely translate to any of the languages mentioned. I am aware of someone who did some cyrillic translations, and I believe someone did some Korean translations as well.
