How best can one do this? Imagine someone who cannot/will not use the kiosk to enter their own data. We want them to fill a paper form and sign the Topaz. How best to do this?\\
1. Patient fills form by hand
2. Receptionist enters data using relevant Sheet in OD
What do you do next?
3a. Ask patient to sign, OR;
3b. Have them review what receptionist has entered and then sign.
3b is hard since receptionists sit across from the patient. I suppose one way is to have a dual monitor setup or to have them sign (3a) and give them a printout/email. But seriously what do most of you do in this situation?

Have the receptionist fill out the sheet on her workstation. Then he/she should put a number in the "Show Order in Kiosk" box on the right side of the sheet. Repeat for all the sheets you need filled out. Then close the Patient Forms and Medical Histories window and open the Kiosk Manager. Send the patient forms to the Kiosk. They will be all filled out already. Just have the patient sign the forms with the Topaz. I think anyone can handle that.
