Medications names getting cut off

When adding medications to the program, it seems like there is a hard coded limit on the size of the field that displays the name. This can cause issues if the names are too large to fit. Is this something that could be changed or would it be too much trouble? Maybe formatting the medications list as just a normal list would fix the problem?

Also, and this is a feature request I know, but it would be awesome if there were some tracking done with meds and a "Frequently Used" list at the top of the list with the most frequent ones. It seems like all this would need is some kind of counter in the db when the meds are selected, and some rules as to when the consider it "Frequently Used". Just a thought.
