Hey guys, I was wondering if this is a bug:
I pulled up a list of pending recall patients. On one of them, I changed the status to "Patient will call us".
Now when I bring up the list again, that patient is removed from the recall list... this is not good since if they dont call us in a few months, I want my staff to call them back or send a postcard.
So I went to the family module, and changed the status back to "None"
However, the patient still does not show up at the recall list...

No, it's not a bug. See

Sounds like reason #2 to me. Delete the commlog entry.
