Advertising and ROI Query

I've looked on the website and through OD, but I can't find an accurate report to compare my advertising dollars vs patient income. Basically, I need to look at two different date ranges. The first, which OD does have under "Reports -> Lists -> New Patients" shows the new patients over a given date range. HOWEVER, I would like to see the "Production" component of that query show income from the first date of visit to TODAY's date.

Example - I spend $x.xx on yellow pages for 2011. I get in "X" new patients during 2011 with that ad BUT those patients will continue to come to our office during 2012 and 2013.

A patient entering the office at the end of a date range, who then spends money after that date range is contributing to the ROI for that ad, but wouldn't show up under the current New Patients report mentioned above.

QUERY EXAMPLE 249 comes very close, but doesn't show referal source. I don't know squat about programming queries...

Can anyone help me out?

Did a quick search and came across query example #258. However, that will give you the production... not the patient income. If all else fails, we'll be more than happy to write a custom query for you for a charge. That's how the query page has gotten to be so long because people wanted custom reports.
