Does anyone know what the error message "Error in processing. the server response was 4.3.5. Server configuration problem" might mean? We can't send emails in open dental. we are running 12.3.25

Are you hosting your own web server or using an web hosting company like Go Daddy? The reason I ask is because it seems like the solution to this problem is to do certain things to the web server's configuration setup which is probably out of the question if you're using Go Daddy. One blog mentioned it having something to do with the SSL encryption on the web server so have you tried sending email without SSL just to test? Note: SSL and Non-SSL email sending will require different SMTP ports in the email setup window.

Yes, we are using GoDaddy with Brinkster as our email provider. It worked this morning so I am thinking it is a glitch with GoDaddy.

Thanks for the update. I'd have to agree with you that it was just a hiccup on the web server end.
