Electronic Lab slips?

I tried in sheet to add one of my lab slips. Scanned it as an image and then added checkboxes etc so it looks really good now. However, i pushed setup and laboratories and set it up to use it as a default lab slip. But what to do if the lab has a fixed and a removable lab slip?

Or what if you have specific things you like to write for your implant lab slips or for your crowns. Would be nice to have that auto populate. Right now you cant because you can only have 1 lab slip per lab. Any workarounds? Or is anybody using this?

You currently cannot associate a laboratory to multiple lab slip sheets. Can you just make the current lab slip a "multi-paged" sheet so that your one sheet always has both pages just in case?

I could add more sheets but lets say we have 3 doctor and every body likes something differnet on their lab slips dependong if it is a crown, bridge etc. All og a sudden you got 20 pages that yous ave each time.

You could add multiple labs with the same name and then the doctors last name but also not a good idea.

The easiest would be to enable associating multiple lab scrips with each lab so you select lab and then a pop up to select which one you want for instance Dr. A crown or Dr. B crown or Dr. A bridge etc.

I guess that would be a feature request unless somebody has a workaround.

Side note, we're currently working on letting clinics pick unique sheets for each sheet type so it wouldn't be too far fetched of a request to implement sheets per provider

I just create a duplicate lab for each service they offer if a different sheet is needed.

I just submitted a feature request for individual sheets per provider. Would allow a lot of nice new functions like individual letters, postop instructions etc as well.
