Layout of Miscellaneous Setup

All the selections in Miscellaneous Setup are right-aligned, and checkboxes are on the right ends. It is totally opposite to what people are used to. I feel dizzy when I open this page. Does anyone feel the same way? Can we change it? Thanks.

It's a side effect of our support for foreign languages. Because a translated phrase might be a different length than the English phrase, it requires a unique treatment of alignment. If we were to left align it, we would have to do quite a bit of extra work to handle variable length labels that come before text boxes because they would cause the text boxes to shift position.
