Feature Request

Is there a way to get to the Feature Request listing without first going through the OD program?
For example, how would I get there from here (I get to this forum using a My Favorites bookmark).
Candy is dandy, but sex won't rot your teeth.

No, the only way is through the program. I think there might actually be a request to access it from outside the program.
