attachments and claims

My office is concidering using this product. However we were curious.. Is there a separate monthly fee for electronic attachments and electronic claims? if so what are they? thank you for your help

you set up with any company you like to handle the e-claims. We use claim connect and it works flawlessly. If you want attachments you set up with NEA fast attach. I think Claim connect is about $.20 a claim and NEA is a monthly fee I think although I don't use that. We just mail our attachments since not all insurance companies even accept electronic attachments.
