Printing the patient's record

If a patient requests that their records be transferred to a new DDS, is there a way to print it without the fees?

In the Setup menu you select Display Fields, and a window will come up for you to select the progress notes. Select it and then click on the line that says amount and then click on the arrow pointing to the right. This will remove that field from view. After you print out the progress notes you can select to view them again by selecting amount and the left arrow.
