Copy buttons to other database

We have three sites and after creating several procedure buttons at one site we were wondering if there was any way to copy those buttons and icons to the other two databases or if it has to be done manually for each site?

We will eventually have a central management tool to move such settings between databases. But it doesn't exist yet. You could vote for that feature request.
