Pt Questionnaire

How do you view the input after a patient has filled this out? I am trying to set it up and even though I know it has many limitations, It is great for simple questions and reduce paper work.

I know the pt uses the info terminal and or the questionnaire button in the account...but how do you see it after it is filled out?

I may have answered my own question...since I have the progress notes overlaying the plain comm log in the account I bet I just can't see the listing...I will have to edit that to show the questionnaire also...

I committed the changes so now the questionnaires show up in the progress notes...
