I am a PPO provider for a couple insurance providers. Yesterday I had a patient scheduled for a PO sedation. Their insurance does not cover oral sedations & our fee is 189$. For some reason there was a discount added which lowered our fee to 172$.
Is this a function of OP that can be inactivated? or is the insurance company dictating the fee for a service not covered?

It involves fee schedules and looking at how your benefits are set up. It's really hard to do without being able to see your screen. Sounds like an issue best handled by our phone support.
