Where, how, does one add images (Letterhead) to Sheets?

Create a copy of the default sheet, and add it to the copy. Because you can't edit the included sheets, but you can edit your own custom sheets. Is that what you meant?

Actually, I want my letter sheets to have my letterhead.
My letterhead isn't complicated, just different sizes of the same font (Times Roman), centered.
MS Mord won't save the doc as a JPEG.
Sheets won't let me have different sized font (at least I can't seem to do it).
So, what does one do?

Sure sheets will let you use different size fonts. Every single field on a sheet can be individually set to its own font, size, and bold. Just double click on the field to edit it.

To turn a section of Word into a jpg, use alt-printScreen. Then crop it with any image editing tool. I use Corel photo paint. Adobe Photoshop works well. Even the free Paint program that comes with Windows can crop an image for you. But putting text on the sheets might prove easier.

And just to verify, you are working with a COPY of the included letter sheet, right? In other words, in the sheet defs window, you have used the Copy button that's smack dab in the middle of the window to create a copy of the letter sheet in the lower grid. Right?

Ok, I used Snag-It to convert to a jpeg.
After MUCH trial and error, I was able to shift the image to where I want it.
Don't you think it would be more user friendly if there were reference points or a grid for the X/Y coordinates?

You can just grab and drag it. While alignment might not be pixel perfect, it should be fairly quick and easy. You can also use your arrow keys to fine tune the position. I don't understand what part of it would have taken so much time.

Fields would drag, very slowly....image did not.

Ah yes, you are right. Images do not drag. But fields should be dragging very very smoothly and quickly. No delay whatsoever. Are you on some sort of a remote connection with your office instead of on the actual machine? The slowness should just not be there.
